Hydro classifier separates solids using wet method based on the principle of controlled parameters

1.Depending on the size or density of particles.                                       

2.Feeder & particle density are used mainly to obtain specific sands for use in foundries and glass Manufacturing industry, Solar Glass Manufacturing Industry The hydro classifier separates minerals and fines of two different specific gravities or to remove lightweight contaminants. It offers sharp classification in the 100 to 1500 µm.

Their exclusive design ensures high treatment capacity with very low maintenance costs. The automatic discharge regulation system controlled by the bed density ensures consistent classification even when there are fluctuations in the feed specifications.

The hydro classifier comes in two configurations, depending on its intended application: sand classification or the separation of fines or light products.

Principle of operation:

Feeding through hydro cyclone to ensure consistent delivery of product within the hydro sizer body. To remove clay and ultimate fine particles and maintain pulp density.

 

 

Fresh water

Internal water pressure chamber to maintain uniform pressure on all fresh water lines over the separator       external pipes with manual adjust of flow rate and water pressure. All pipes and pressure chamber, pipe lined teater water pipes, and nozzles are easily removable for maintance purpose.

 

PLC Controlled management:

Underflow material i.e coarse particles controlled by pneumatic automatic gate valve with positioner, integrated with electromagnetic pressure transmitter, sensor pressure for hydro classifier control and regulations with human machine interface (HMI) for all parameter integration.
